Clinical Insights was founded to provide teenagers and adults with highly specialized treatment in a boutique environment. This practice was built on the belief that for too long, psychotherapy clinics have been sterile, unwelcoming, clinical environments, adding to the stigma surrounding mental health care. We believe it doesn’t have to be this way. We view therapy as one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Whether you’re hoping to increase your insight or to reduce symptoms of severe mental illness, there is space for you here.

I consider my work a privilege. I create a safe, trusting atmosphere while helping clients uncover key insights that lead to personal growth and clarity. Throughout the therapeutic process, I encourage my clients to think about themselves in new ways; while discussing feelings and thoughts that we usually hold at a distance. I will work with you to understand how your past is affecting your current situation and get to the bottom of your issues, to achieve deep, lasting changes.
Since therapy can be an intense process that tackles intense issues, I believe it should also include authenticity, humor, and flexibility. I pride myself in being able to work interactively with my clients. By keeping my clients consistently engaged, I ensure that we never get stuck in the static “....and how does that make you feel?” therapeutic relationship."
I prefer for my clients to think of me as a trusted confidant who has professional training to help identify blocks and teach techniques for making changes. This highly supportive approach, coupled with two different clinical licenses and many years of experience gives my clients the kind of therapeutic partnership that creates success.
